Questions
Good questions,
straight answers.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Polyform checks your subscription when it can and keeps working offline for 30 days at a time. Your files never need a network to open.
How many devices can I use?
3 devices per person, on any mix of Windows, macOS and Linux. You can sign a device out from your account.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that, editing stops; opening, viewing and exporting your projects never does.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment. Just ask. Refunds go back to your card.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices for customers in the EU include VAT. Tax is calculated at checkout, and businesses can add a VAT ID for a VAT-free invoice where it applies.
